Of course, love silicone / "Silpat" mat for cookies. But I'm not a big fan of silicone cake and muffins. They are difficult to handle because they are very flexible. And this weird shiny finish on the bottom of the loaves and rolls, which do not see. It makes him look like something that was mass produced. I love the house "look. But I'm so bored!

no. The used silicone bunt pan. I thought it was difficult to place in the oven because I thought it did not move down and in. I, it was too difficult to remove, for the same reasons. The cake I had with him was broken and I do not think that it is cooked. The only advantage is that it is easier to clean, too.

Silicone is the best, does not seem to burn and reaaly gloves are heat resistant and Starfrit.
